Shipping Policy 배송기간

주문일로부터 7~13일(주말/공휴일제외)후  국제 운송장번호(tracking number)가 생성됩니다.

해외직배송 상품은 주문완료 후 국가별로 15일~30일(주말/휴일 제외) 정도의 배송기간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 도서산간 지역의 경우 배송이 더 지연될 수 있습니다

SHIPPING POLICY’

*Orders will be fulfilled within 7-13  business days from the date of purchase.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will hold the order and notify you that your order is on hold until it can be filled.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

* The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and countries customs fees. The customer is responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

All orders could incur charges due to local duties and taxes. All My Favourites London is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this please check your local customs policy.

These transit days are estimates only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Russia Shipping -  flat rate and will only ship to business address. If a non-business address is provided and the package is stuck or returned the buyer is responsible for cover re-ship.
